  • In order to file a claim for all prizes worth $600 upwards, you must get the Mississippi Lottery Winner Claim Form and submit a valid ID along with you signed original winning ticket.
  • To be accepted, your form of identification must confirm your name, age, photo, social security number, and signature. All of these required documentations are necessary for both in-person and mail-in claims of prizes starting from $600 and above.
  • The MLC will only award a prize to one (1) Claimant, who may be a person, a trust, organization, business, partnership, or even estate.
