In-Person Claim

  • You can go to any authorized North Dakota Lottery retailer to claim prizes of up to and including $599 in person.

  • You can also visit the North Dakota Lottery Office to redeem lottery winnings of that amount.

  • For winnings worth $600 upwards, winners should go to the North Dakota Lottery headquarters or to any of the Lottery district offices to claim their prize.

Mail-in Claim

  • You can file a mail claim for lottery prizes of $1 - $599 by sending your claim to the mailing address of the North Dakota Lottery Office. You will be required to complete a claim form which can be accessed on the official Lottery website.

  • You can also mail you prize claim for prizes worth $600 or more.

  • Mailed in claims should include a completed winner claim form collected at any North Dakota Lottery office or printed from the official Lottery website.
